Our trade-in process is super transparent! Please allow up to FIVE (5) business days for delivery of your device(s). You will be able to keep track of the progress of your offer through your Cell Sensei account (if you have opened one) or by using our unique tracking system.  We will keep you updated from the time your device is delivered to us until the completion (payment) or cancellation of your offer.

Your offer price will be paid through a Bank Check, Paypal or Cash if you ship your device to us. Your money will be paid once your devices(s) has/have been received and processed. This process can take up to 48 hours. If several devices are sent at once, we may require additional time for the inspection. We also offer Cash payments to clients who can meet at select Tim Hortons coffee shops within the city.

We buy the following types of devices:
  • Fully paid-off i.e. not under any financial contract
  • Never been reported lost or stolen
  • Never been blacklisted (applicable to any device with an ESN/IMEI number)
  • Free of any kind of security or access locks. Such locks include iCloud locks, Google Activation locks, passwords, etc.

Your reevaluated offer price could end up being higher or lower. Following the reevaluation, you will have THREE (3) days to accept the new offer.  Failure to decline the new offer through any means of communication with us after THREE (3) days, authorizes us to pay out the new offer amount to you through the payment option selected at the initial trade in offer.
